Baskervill is excited to share that Michelle Lerner-Konopatski, AIA, IIDA, principal and managing director of Baskervill’s Orlando office, has been named a 2021 Globe St. Woman of Influence. Globe St. is a national commercial real estate resource whose annual Women of Influence Awards celebrates female professionals in commercial real estate effecting change, impacting the market, and driving the industry to new heights through their successes, both personal and professional.

This year, Michelle joins peers in architecture and design, brokerage and investment, development, finance, property management, and advisory and legal services as a Woman of Influence Award-winner. Honorees were celebrated at an awards dinner during the Globe St. Elite Women of Influence Conference held July 22 and 23, 2021 in Park City, Utah.

Both an architect and interior designer, Michelle leads Baskervill’s Orlando office, balancing project work, mentorship, business development, and client engagement. A participant in Leadership Orlando’s 2020-21 class, Michelle is a member of the Orlando Economic Partnership, NAIOP, and CREW, volunteering with the CREW Programs Committee. In 2019 she was honored with the CREW Orlando Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.
