The design spotlights copper tones and coil details in order to elevate both aesthetics and operational efficiency. The heartbeat of the manufacturing facility comes alive on the second level, where engineers and admin staff join forces in conversation-fueling spaces to maintain the intricate processes below. Conveniently connected to the existing building, the employee support amenities feature private touch rooms, open meeting lounges, and cafeterias strategically placed to create a dynamic flow and foster collaboration.
