Responding to rapid growth since the completion of their headquarters building in 2020, Kinsale Capital Group collaborated with Baskervill and conceptual designer Wendel Architecture, P.C. to expand their corporate campus in Richmond’s West End. Expected to be completed in late 2025, Kinsale North transforms an existing 1960s-era office building with a modern glass façade, upgraded infrastructure, and a comprehensive interior renovation designed for today’s workforce. The project is integral to Kinsale’s 29-acre masterplan, which aims to establish a walkable, quasi-urban campus that seamlessly integrates workplace and residential mixed-use buildings. As the flagship structure, the new headquarters will accommodate over 900 employees.
