Taking inspiration from the site – formerly the Colbrook Hotel, a Green Book-listed safe-haven – and weaving a comfortable palette with the use materiality, color, and form, Colbrook is meant to be familiar yet forward. Marrying the notable architectural details of the southern front porch with more contemporary styling, the 130-unit Colbrook Community will also include a community building, reinforcing the critical work of supporting, guiding, and engaging neighborhoods.
