Responding to an identified community need Bon Secours is adding a 25,000-square-foot, two-story medical office at its Richmond Community Hospital location focused on behavioral health. Acting as an extension of the existing RCH facility and adjacent Sarah Garland Jones Center for Healthy Living, the new building includes a partial hospitalization program for adolescents and adults and a behavioral tele-health call center. The facility is also home to hospice care and the future headquarters of Instructive Visiting Nurse Association — a home health organization affiliated with Bon Secours. The design nods to the founders of Richmond Community Hospital, celebrating the hospital’s longstanding commitment to serving the East End community.
