Treasure Beach Village expands the Beaches® Turks & Caicos Resort with over 11 acres of family-focused hospitality. Set along the famous Grace Bay Beach, the resort’s sixth village was conceived as an extension of the shoreline itself. Rather than separating entertainment from retreat, the village layers them together through a sequence of open-air social spaces, residential-scale accommodations, and shoreline-oriented circulation that keeps families connected to the locale, the resort, and each other.

That sense of openness carries into 95 guestrooms and 6 villas. Reinterpreting Caribbean coastal design through a contemporary lens, multi-bedroom suites are designed to balance multigenerational travel—bunk-bed niches tucked beside expansive lounge spaces, dining alcoves opening onto terraces, indoor rooms framed by sea and sky. A palette of turquoise, coral, and warm neutrals draws directly from the surrounding landscape.

The CrystalSky Reserve Villas unfold across more than 2,600 square feet and three levels. Each villa includes a private pool, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a rooftop deck equipped with a telescope for nighttime stargazing. Across the sand, the Chairman’s Penthouse Suite spans more than 2,800 square feet across two stories, where a sculptural staircase anchors shared living and dining spaces designed for large-group gathering.

At the center of the property, a 15,000-square-foot pool winds toward the beach in a series of coves, play areas, and whirlpools. Six new dining venues—including Butch’s Island Chop House, Pinta Food Hall, and BRÜ Coffee Bar—extend the village’s all-inclusive hospitality experience, alongside Beaches’ first-ever Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat theater designed for all-day family programming. Throughout the resort, subtle marine motifs and a sculptural conch installation by local artisan Stanford Handfield reinforce a strong sense of place while embedding moments of discovery into the architecture itself.
