Developed as part of the mixed-use GreenGate community, the Community Clubhouse is an oasis for residents to enjoy within the bustling, eclectic community. Evoking the feeling of a mid-century boathouse, the Clubhouse is a finely tuned space with precise details. The exterior is modern and clean with a veranda that transitions the indoor space to the outdoor patio and pool area. Inside, carefully arranged seating areas and overhead trusses define the open, voluminous space, while plentiful natural light keeps the 2,150-square-foot space bright and airy. The design includes a kitchenette and island, along with several areas for dining, chatting, reading or watching TV by the fire. Natural textures – including wicker light fixtures and a glass coffee table made with driftwood, complete the coastal but comfortable aesthetic.
