As part of a renovation to this Four Diamond, award-winning boutique hotel at Rollins College—frequently named to Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers Choice list—Baskervill provided interior architecture and design services a new guestroom wing and public spaces. The project included the addition of 71 guestrooms and suites, a luxe spa and amenity deck, meeting and boardroom space, and lobby café, as well as a complete transformation of the existing lobby, library, and bar. The design responds to the Spanish Renaissance architecture of the building and celebrates The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art housed at the hotel. The palette is sophisticated and subtle, with the use of bold colors and accent intended to provide guests a truly luxurious experience.
