As one of four global properties renovated as part of Marriott’s rollout of the iconic Sheraton flag rebrand, the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown got a complete overhaul. Baskervill worked with Sheraton brand leadership on the guestrooms update which focused on translating the brand’s new design ethos: balancing the timeless with fresh and modern, creating an environment where guests feel at ease no matter where they are. The guestroom redesign champions productivity, focused on modern conveniences for the business traveler with a welcoming, residentially-inspired palette of soft finishes, warm wood tines, and black and metallic accents.
