Working directly with the anchor tenant, Kinsale Insurance, Baskervill’s architecture and interior design teams delivered more than a new headquarters space for Kinsale. Crisp and pragmatic, every square foot is programmed to count for the people within who need an environment that’s equipped to work as hard as they do. Frames of alternating brick and metal paneling define the ground-up, five-story building—and enlarged glass acts as a transparent connective tissue throughout. An adjacent four-story, 600-space parking deck supports future apartments—in addition to Kinsale employees and other office tenants.
