Baskervill created a modern, urban living space that features numerous sustainable elements with the adaptive reuse of a 1920s automotive building. The building offers commercial space and 22 stylish condominiums with a variety of amenities, including custom casework, 11-foot ceilings, rooftop decks offering views of the city, and private garden courtyards. The project utilized state historic tax credits, an Enterprise Zone Grant, and city tax abatements, and is part of a larger redevelopment of this area of Roanoke.
