Baskervill provided interior design services for 27 Atlantic, the first oceanfront rental apartment building in Virginia Beach, VA. The design takes its cues from the moments at the beach that stop us in our tracks – the vast horizon of the Atlantic Ocean and the long repeating lines of wind swept sand. Crafted, natural finishes are applied with a modern yet electic palette. The 250,000 SF, 15-story new build property includes 234 units, a rooftop deck, fitness center, club room, and lobby. Baskervill is also providing interior design services for the first floor restaurant and bar.
