When Polykon sought an outpost for their first North American manufacturing operation, Henrico Economic Development Authority – knowing the powerful impact of advanced manufacturing on our economy – brought them to greater Richmond. The project, totaling 60,000 square feet of manufacturing, production, and operations over four buildings, was named the 2020 Top Industrial Project at the annual Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate Real Estate Awards.
