citizenM Menlo Park | Baskervill

1. citizenM Menlo Park

A lively mix of brains and beauty, this five-story property was intentionally crafted to fit into Meta’s San Francisco Bay-area home while complimenting citizenM’s signature style. Baskervill’s California hotel debut, the project employed award-winning modular construction, which means all 240 guestrooms were fully fabricated specifically for this project before being transported to the site and craned into place.

2. Beaches Negril

The new Firefly Reserve Villas and Eventide Penthouse collection balances the Beaches brand’s fun-loving spirit with a refined experience tailored to modern families. Inspired by Negril’s famous Seven Mile Beach, the island resort embodies Indigenous materials, organic shapes, imperfect wood, and the fluid forms of water, embodying the firm’s dedication to creating meaningful spaces as we dive headfirst into resort projects.

3. Glass Light Hotel & Gallery, Autograph Collection

Originally constructed in 1912 as the headquarters building for the F.S. Royster fertilizer company, the 14-story classical-revival building home to this special project was reimagined as an intellectually curious boutique hotel and glass art gallery. The six-time award-winning property connects hotel guests both conceptually and physically to the collection. It’s not just us raving about it — Hospitality Design even did their own video walkthrough!

4. AC Charlotte SouthPark

Influenced by Spanish sculptor and architect Xavier Corbero’s poetic style, this Gold Key for Excellence in Hospitality Design Award-winning design boldly uses space and light, its seamless blend of indoor and outdoor elements, and the harmonious interplay of colors and textures all contribute to its grandeur. It’s a landmark that doesn’t just stand in SouthPark it elevates it, transforming the area into a beacon of high-end design and sophistication

5. The Alfond Inn

As part of a renovation to this Four Diamond, award-winning boutique hotel at Rollins College — frequently named to Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers Choice list — the newly designed guestroom wing and public spaces respond to the Spanish Renaissance architecture of the building and celebrates The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art housed at the hotel.

6. Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront

A vibrant addition to the iconic Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach, Virginia, this new build, 134-key property captures the vintage charm of the boardwalk while embracing the playful personality of the brand. Born from the phrase, “come play in our sandbox,” the property’s design seamlessly blends the surf culture with contemporary elements that mirror the city’s trendy revival.

7. AC Kingston

Named the Caribbean’s Leading New Hotel at the 2020 World Travel Awards, the 148,000-square-foot, 220 key hotel is not only Jamaica’s first AC Hotel but, notably, Sandals Resorts International’s first venture outside their own brand of all-inclusive resorts. As part of the design process, our team worked with a local art curator to obtain a truly authentic representation of Jamaica’s people.

8. Highline Vail DoubleTree

Taking advantage of the vaulted ceilings and spectacular proximity to coveted Colorado slopes, this 115-guestroom property transformed a stuck-in-the-70s Holiday Inn into a luxe retreat. Focusing on the area’s renowned ski culture, the hotel sports custom, lodge-style finishes that exude a refined rustic vibe. And who can forget the 20-foot-long, dual-sided fireplace?

9. Hilton Norfolk the Main

At the time of its conception, The Hilton Norfolk The Main hotel and conference center was one of Baskervill’s biggest projects to date – literally! With an opulent multi-story atrium and 300 rooms, the center boasts a vast 42,000-square-foot meeting space, crowned by a 20,000-square-foot IACC-certified conference center. The grand ballroom welcomes up to 1,500 guests the 12,000-square-foot rooftop garden offers a sky-high oasis for events.
