Project Designer/Architect – Hospitality

Looking to help design a better, more beautiful world? We’re looking for an entry level Project Designer/Architect to join our growing, award-winning Hospitality team.  In cooperation with the Studio Director, the Project Designer will be involved in all phases of design, documentation and construction administration on renovations, conversions and new hospitality projects. We believe in teamwork, creative excellence, and asking, listening, and creating with our clients, not for them. Interested?

What you’ll be doing:

• Project investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions,
• Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic and presentation materials,
• Perform field survey/data collection,
• Assist with responses to bidding and permitting inquiries,
• Translate design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standards,
• Processing and reviewing shop drawings, submittals and samples.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program,
• 0-5 years of architectural experience,
• Experience with Revit/BIM Collaborate Pro and SketchUp,
• Experience in construction administration preferred,
• An interest in growing in your role,
• A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner.
