Interior Designer – Mixed-Use & Multifamily

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Mixed-Use & Multifamily studio. As a part of this studio, you’ll work collaboratively with team leads in designing and detailing the interior experience for everything from urban condos and apartments, to curated commercial hubs and hip restaurant rows—our expertise runs the gamut, packed with the features people crave most: bustling food scenes, a mix of quality housing and commercial businesses, outdoor patios and gardens, pedestrian-friendly plazas, and more. What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with a team of senior interior designers and architects throughout all phases of the design process, including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction drawings and detailing,
• Engage in diverse projects ranging from small to large,
• Research and select interior construction materials, finishes, FF&E.,
• Develop plans, elevations, and architectural details to illustrate the understanding of the space and use of materials,
• Participate in construction administration and review of submittals and finish samples,
• Communicate effectively with team lead and consultants across offices and disciplines,
• Creatively and eloquently presenting design concepts and ideas to clients and prospective clients.

What you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s or Master of Interior Design,
• 4+ years of interior design and documentation experience,
• Experience and proficiency in Revit, Sketchup (or other visualization software) and Adobe Suite required,
• An exceptionally positive and curious attitude,
• A self-starting drive and eagerness to learn quickly,
• A desire to work creatively within several concurrently tight deadlines,
• The ability to connect and communicate with a spectrum of personalities.
