Architect/Project Designer – Mixed-Use & Multifamily

Our multi-disciplinary firm designs spaces that empower ideas and connect people, and we’re looking for talented teammates. We have an opening for an Architect/Project Designer to join our Mixed-Use/Multifamily studio, working on everything from affordable housing to mixed-use transit-oriented developments. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the project architect and/or project designers. Sound interesting? Let’s talk.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and production from schematics through construction administration for the Mixed- Use/Multifamily Studio
• Be a part of a growing team on multiple projects
• Take a hands-on approach in contributing to the design and technical quality throughout the execution of a project
• Communicate with internal project team members and consultants in a timely fashion with professionalism
• Produce drawings in Revit
• Be proficient in developing creative architectural solutions that meet the firm’s standard of design and client expectations

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in multifamily residential or commercial building design
• Experience and proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Experience in construction document preparation and field observation through construction administration
• Self-starter, team player, creative, positive and curious attitude
