NOON Ingram
Affordable Housing Project
Once a dormant five-acre site, NOON Ingram has been reimagined into a vibrant affordable housing community featuring 250 units and 15 single-family dwellings. Centered around a 2,500-square-foot community room, a swimming pool, and expansive tree cover, the project serves as a sustainable, human-centric hub that brings added vitality to the Oak Grove neighborhood.
North Building at Kinsale Center
Large Scale Office Renovation
A reimagining of a 1960s-era office, the North Building at Kinsale is a benchmark for the next generation of workplace. By wrapping technical precision in a high-performance glass envelope, the design prioritizes employee wellness and corporate identity while anchoring future development in the area.

New Office Project
As the inaugural milestone of a vibrant mixed-use master plan, this five-story, 150,000-square-foor Class-A office building serves as a high-performance hub at the intersection of sustainability and connection. A flagship for regional growth, the project serves as the new home for Chesterfield Economic Development, Chesterfield County Public Schools, and Timmons Group.
