Born from the voices of the community, Lucks Field Community Center is a vibrant study in civic intentionality. Beneath a rooftop basketball court and community garden, the center unfolds in four distinct volumes—each layered, clad, scaled, and programmed to reflect a different facet of neighborhood life.

Affordable Housing Project

Once a dormant five-acre site, NOON Ingram has been reimagined into a vibrant affordable housing community featuring 250 units and 15 single-family dwellings. Centered around a 2,500-square-foot community room, a swimming pool, and expansive tree cover, the project serves as a sustainable, human-centric hub that brings added vitality to the Oak Grove neighborhood.

Large Scale Office Renovation

A reimagining of a 1960s-era office, the North Building at Kinsale is a benchmark for the next generation of workplace. New Office Project

As the inaugural milestone of a vibrant mixed-use master plan, this five-story, 150,000-square-foor Class-A office building serves as a high-performance hub at the intersection of sustainability and connection.
