The evaluation process leaves 75% of the total score to an anonymous, in-depth survey of team members regarding their day-to-day experiences, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction. The remaining 25% of the score is determined by an extensive operational audit, which involves a detailed review of policies, benefits, programs, and leadership practices.
