Designed from the ground up to help the nonprofit meet the ever-evolving needs of Central Virginia neighbors experiencing food insecurity, the new facility combines expertise from both Baskervill’s Workplace and Manufacturing & Logistics studios to optimize operations.

Genworth was celebrated with the award for ‘Office – Large Scale Project’. This project’s thoughtful and collaborative approach—transforming a renovation-ready building into a vibrant, flexible office—secured its award-winning status.
Super Radiator Coils
Industrial Project
Super Radiator Coils won the award for the ‘Industrial Project’ category. The expansion combines 49,820-square-feet of manufacturing and warehouse space with 5,830-square-feet of employee support amenities to optimize conversation-fueled efficiency.

Office – Small Scale
Baskervill is also celebrating an ‘ Office – Small Scale’ award win for VHB’s new office space. Located across the hall from Baskervill’s Richmond office, the workspace—designed in collaboration with CBT Architects—combines natural materials with dynamic flow. We look forward to unveiling the completed project in the near future.
