As a principal in Baskervill's award-winning hospitality division, Brad Richards, AIA, leads the firm's ground up, prototype, and interior architecture projects for limited service, full service, and boutique brands. His portfolio is extensive, ranging from Fortune 500 Corporate Headquarters, to retail and hospitality design. The majority of his 15-year career has been focused on guest and consumer experience — translating the brand ethos to physical space — for clients such as Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Target, Lowes, Starbucks, Capital One, Performance Food Group, and Barnes & Noble, to name a few. Brad believes that good design is rooted in the context by which it is surrounded, and has the power to effect positive change in our day-to-day lives.
